On the bottom of the form you will see a place for "Special Instructions"... Please fill out the items that you want to order here. When you are done click on the submit button on the bottom of the form. It is a good idea to send a comfirmation email to me when you have filled out the secure form. Just to be sure I got it and that I know what you want.

Be sure to put your contact information on any email, some times people just use a first name and well there can be a lot of John Smith's out there...

Note: It is important that when you fill out the credit card information that you give the billing address of the credit card you are using. The billing address is needed to authorize the transaction of the credit card. Also the 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card is required.

Ordering / Shipping

Shipping charges can be highly variable depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance and other factors so I determine them on a per order basis. I only charge what the shipping costs are to shp the goods, there are no extra fees or add ons. Insurance can vary, but generally it is $1.00 per $100.00 of value of the goods being shipped.

A $25 minimum order requirement may apply. On some orders this is required because frankly it is just not worth processing an order smaller than this due to time and labor costs.

Please e-mail me to place your order so I can confirm the items you want are available and reserve them for you, calculate shipping and total cost and provide payment instructions.

You may return any item, unaltered in any way...
Which fails to meet your approval within 10 days of receipt for a refund, shipping and handling charges excluded. The credited or refund will be done in a timely manner after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please note the process may take some time because of postage, time restraints and just how busy things are, but I try to take care of things as soon as possible.

On some items there maybe a restocking fee of 3% to 15% this varies depending on the merchandise and the situations.

*** All merchandise must be returned with ALL it's original packaging and be in the new condition it was originally sold in. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted.

Note: You must inform me that you are returning something and why... (so I know to expect it)

There's just no substitute for a first hand inspection with rough, stones and other one-of-a-kind items. If you should order something that doesn't like you, I'll be glad to provide a refund as long as it's returned as sent.

Altered rough/cut stones may not be returned - if you cut, polish, or damage an item... it's yours.

I endeavor to accurately represent and describe rough as to appearance, size, origin and fully disclose any known treatments in its description. Because you view the images on a different monitor with different settings, color is particularly fickle to represent, but I do my best.
